- I have painted off and on my entire life. In the past 10 years, I have studied under Karen McCauley and have taken numerous workshops from well know artists such as Pat Dews, Betsy Dillard Stroud, Warren Taylor, and Stan Miller. I am a past President of the San Antonio Watercolor Group. My painting "Moonlit Prickly Pears" won BEST OF SHOW in the San Antonio Real Estate Industry Art Exhibition.
This is a mixed media monotype on black paper using water based inks with Chine-colle. It won best in its catagory in the River Arts Competition held October, 2013.
